Captured during a fireworks display in 2013. I was using a Nikon D600 at the time. It was my first professional full frame camera. I set my shutter speed to 30 seconds which allowed for the vibrant reds to protrude through the night sky. The white dots were an added bonus as I did not anticipate them being included and so prevalent. Off to the right of the main explosion there is a much smaller firework explosion that nicely compliments the remainder of the image. 20x30 print on 1/4 inch black foamboard
